📅 Return Window

✅ Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return and refund:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

  • Certain items such as intimate apparel, beauty products, and cosmetics may not be eligible due to hygiene reasons.

📦 Return Process

  1. Contact us first at info@emmaandwilliam-vancouver.com to request approval.

  2. Our team will provide a Return Authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the product back to our designated return center using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

💰 Refunds

  • Full refunds will be issued for approved returns that meet the conditions above.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card provider.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
